July 1187. Near the Sea of Galilee, the Muslim army defeats the crusaders, a defeat which marks the end of their rule in Palestine.
July 2022. A group of Israeli men, women and children try to detach themselves from modern life in order to relive the doomed battle of 1187, and the journey that led to it.
