TERMS OF USE — VIDEO RENTAL

By completing this purchase, you agree to the following:

1. LICENSE: This purchase grants a personal, non-commercial, single-user license to view "The Glory of Defeat" (תבוסה זוהרת) for the rental period stated in your confirmation email, worldwide. It does not transfer ownership of the film or any copy of it.

2. ACCESS WINDOW: Your viewing link is valid for 5 days from the moment of purchase and expires automatically. No extensions will be granted after expiry.

3. NO SHARING: Your viewing link is personal and must not be shared, published, or redistributed. Access is monitored and may be revoked if misuse is detected.

4. NO DOWNLOADING OR RECORDING: Downloading, screen-recording, copying, or public exhibition of the film is strictly prohibited.

5. REFUNDS: As this is digital content delivered electronically, purchases are non-refundable once your viewing link has been issued, except in cases of a verified technical failure preventing access, attributable to us. For purchasers in Israel, this is consistent with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, which exclude digital "information" content and opened reproducible media from the standard right of cancellation. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The film, its content, and all related materials remain the property of Shvil Productions and its filmmakers. This purchase does not grant any rights beyond personal viewing.

7. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: You are responsible for ensuring a compatible device and internet connection. We are not liable for playback issues caused by your equipment or connection.

8. PRICING & PAYMENT: Prices are displayed at checkout in the currency shown and are inclusive of any applicable Israeli taxes. As this is a digital service, no customs or import duties apply.

9. YOUR INFORMATION: Your email address is used solely to deliver your viewing link and related purchase communications, and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, regardless of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
